At Luminvara, we know that once you've placed an order, you want to know when it will arrive. Below is a clear overview of our shipping process, delivery times, costs, and important information.

Luminvara currently ships within Finland only. All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Joensuu, Finland.
Actual delivery times may vary slightly due to carrier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EET).
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM EET on a business day → processing begins the same day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM EET, or during weekends/Finnish public holidays → processing begins the next business day.
The processing period is already included within the 6–12 business-day total above.
Pricing, VAT & Extra Charges
All prices displayed on our website include Finnish VAT at 24%. There are no additional import duties, customs fees, or unexpected charges at checkout — the price shown is the price you pay.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. Tracking may take 1–3 business days to become active after dispatch. If it's still unavailable after that, contact us at info@luminvara.com.
If Your Package Is Delayed or Missing
If your order hasn't arrived within the 6–12 business-day window, email info@luminvara.com with your order details and we'll investigate with the carrier.
