Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 6–12 business days from the date the order is placed.
This total timeframe includes both order processing and shipping transit:
Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Transit Time: 5–10 business days
Total Delivery Time: 6–12 business days
Please note that actual delivery times may vary slightly due to carrier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

There is no minimum order requirement for free shipping.
All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Joensuu, Finland, and shipped via Posti.
Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EET.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EET on a business day → processing typically begins the same day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EET → processing begins the next business day.
Orders placed during weekends or Finnish public holidays → processing begins on the next working day.
The processing period is included within the overall 6–12 business-day delivery timeframe.
Pricing, VAT & Extra Charges
All prices displayed on our website include Finnish VAT at 24%.
There are no additional import duties, customs fees, or unexpected charges added at checkout. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay, and the checkout total is your final amount.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please note that tracking information may take 1–3 business days to become active after dispatch. If your tracking page does not show information immediately, please allow up to 3 business days for the carrier's system to update.
If your tracking information is still unavailable after this period, contact us at info@luminvara.com and we will assist you.
If Your Package Is Delayed or Missing
If your order has not arrived within the estimated 6–12 business-day delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@luminvara.com with your order details.
We will investigate the shipment and work with the carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
