Cancellation Policy — Luminvara

We get it — plans change, and sometimes an order needs to be undone shortly after you place it. Here's exactly how cancellations work with us.

Your Cancellation Window

You can request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, or before we begin processing it — whichever happens first.

To cancel, contact us as quickly as you can at info@luminvara.com.

Once an Order Has Shipped

Shipped orders can't be canceled. If your package is already on its way and you'd rather not keep it, you're still covered — just wait for delivery and then submit a return under our Return & Refund Policy.

"My Order Hasn't Arrived Yet — Can I Still Cancel?"

It depends on where the order stands:

• Not yet shipped: Cancellation is usually possible.
• Shipped but not yet delivered: Cancellation is no longer possible at this stage.

The 24-hour window from your order time still applies regardless — that's your best chance to catch it before it moves.

Cancel or Modify — What's Possible at Each Stage

• Not yet processed: Cancellation requests are accepted.
• Currently processing: We'll do what we can to cancel it, but it's not guaranteed.
• Processed but not yet shipped: We may be able to update your shipping address instead of canceling outright.
• Already shipped: Neither cancellation nor modification is possible at this point.

The earlier you reach out, the more options we have — so don't wait if you need to make a change.

Refunds on Canceled Orders

Once a cancellation is approved, your refund goes back to the original payment method used at checkout. It can take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider — processing speed varies from one provider to the next.
