About Us — Luminvara

Who We Are

Luminvara is a Finland-based online store designing and selling bags for men and women. We're operated by Masud Trading, a registered Finnish business based in Joensuu, and everything we do — from how we source materials to how we answer a support email — is built around one idea: shopping for a bag should be simple, honest, and reliable from click to doorstep.

We're a small, hands-on team. That means shorter lines of communication, faster fixes when something goes wrong, and a level of care in day-to-day operations that's harder to maintain at larger scale.

Our Products

We design bags around two non-negotiables: quality and design.

Quality — Materials are chosen to hold up to daily use, not just look good in product photos. Every bag is inspected before it ships.
Design — Our styles track current European trends, adapted for everyday practicality rather than runway-only aesthetics.
Range — Shoulder & crossbody bags, travel & weekender bags, tote & canvas bags, and accessories for men, women, and unisex use.
Built for the climate — Many of our pieces use weather-resistant, recycled materials suited to the Nordic climate — rain, snow, and daily wear included.

Our Approach to Service

Transparent pricing. All prices shown include Finnish VAT (24%) — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with no hidden fees added later.
Fast, tracked shipping. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via Posti, with tracking sent as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Real support. Our team responds within 1–2 business days and aims to actually resolve issues — not just acknowledge them.

Quality Commitment

Every product goes through a check before it's packed. If something isn't right — wrong item, damage in transit, a manufacturing fault — we take responsibility and fix it at no cost to you, in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.

Delivery

We currently ship within Finland only. Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Joensuu and delivered by Posti, with an estimated total delivery time of 6–12 business days (1–2 days processing + 5–10 days transit). Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
